How do you guarantee confidentiality?The last thing you want is someone calling your office, asking your reception staff about deals right? We will build a bespoke list of most likely potential targets from our extensive contact database. Our comms team will then discreetly alert them that we have a client interested in talking about a deal. As soon as we have an interested party, they MUST sign an NDA before we share any further details. Finally we be your "M&A Secretary" booking all meetings and calls. We take you right up to the point you call in the lawyers.

Go on then......how much do you charge?We charge a flat fee of £2999 (+VAT). That one off costs includes preparation of your prospectus and valuation, all the data work, the discreet communications and management of the incoming inquiries. If we don't find haven't found a buyer before that £2999 fee has ran out, we will keep going until we do......and not charge you a penny more.

Do you value our business?We do. We will work with you to put together a prospectus for interested parties which will include, among other things, a valuation for your business. Any agreement on final price will be between you and your ultimate seller but our valuation figures ensure you have a demonstrable, verified figure to start from.

Do you really take 0% commission?You built the equity in your business. You should keep it all. We at Evo-Match think taking a slice of your equity as a commission, is immoral. Therefore, we charge a one off, flat fee of £2999 (+VAT). That's it. No hidden extras. No additional fees.
